Privacy Policy

Radial Core Scientific Private Limited (“Radial Core”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through radialcore.com, why we collect it, and your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and, where applicable, the EU/UK GDPR.

1. Data we collect

• Information you give us in our quote, contact, newsletter and calculator-report forms: name, email, institution or company, country, phone number (optional), project details and any links you share.
• Attribution data: the page you arrived on, the referring website and campaign tags (UTM parameters), so we understand how people find us.
• Privacy-friendly analytics: aggregated, cookieless page-view statistics through Vercel Web Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
• Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. They are sent to us only if you request an emailed report.

2. Why we use it (purpose and legal basis)

• To respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and deliver services. This is based on your consent and on taking steps towards a contract.
• To send the newsletter or reports you requested. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• To protect our forms from spam and abuse (legitimate use).

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

3. Who processes it

We use trusted service providers acting on our instructions: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection), and Google Workspace or a similar business email and spreadsheet provider. Some of these process data outside India under appropriate safeguards.

4. Retention

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as required for contractual, tax and legal obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

5. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance. Write to projects@radialcore.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

6. Confidentiality of research

Project information you share is treated as confidential. We sign non-disclosure agreements on request and never publish client work without written permission.

7. Children

Our services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
