These terms govern your use of radialcore.com, operated by Radial Core Scientific Private Limited, India. Paid services are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
2. Free calculators and content
Our calculators, articles and examples are provided free of charge for educational and planning purposes. They use standard formulas and scaling laws, which are approximations. They are provided “as is”, without warranty, and must not be the sole basis for safety-critical, financial or engineering decisions.
3. Intellectual property
The site design, text, logo and software are owned by Radial Core Scientific Private Limited. You may cite and link to our content with attribution. Results you generate with our calculators are yours to use.
4. Academic integrity
We provide expert simulations, analysis, review and training. We do not write theses, assignments or papers to be submitted as someone else’s work, and we may decline requests that would breach institutional or journal policies.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, submit spam or malicious content through our forms, or use automated tools to scrape it at scale.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or free tools.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the location of our registered office have jurisdiction.
